We move now to item 5 on the agenda, Reform UK debate: grooming gangs. Before we begin the debate, I just want to remind all Members of the sub judice provisions in Standing Order 13.15. Members must not make any reference to an active case that is to be heard or is being heard before a criminal court or before a jury. This includes speculating on the guilt or the innocence of any group or any individual. Now, it is perfectly possible to discuss the wider issues raised by the motion before us today, but Members must avoid comment or speculation that could be prejudicial in any future criminal trials.
